LEO Women's Wellness Retreat

This reservation will include a four day, three night all-inclusive weekend.

LEO Women's Wellness Retreat is a specialized retreat designed to enhance communication, teamwork, and emotional connection between female law enforcement . This unique program recognizes the challenges that female law enforcement face in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and it provides them with the tools and strategies needed to strengthen their lives both on and off duty.

The Summerhill Ranch retreat is away from the usual demands of law enforcement work. Experience a tranquil nature retreat conducive to relaxation and personal growth. The environment is safe and supportive where LEOs can focus on their mental health.

You will leave with:

  • Work-Life Balance: The retreat encourages you to strike a healthier balance between your professional and personal lives.
  •  Connection: Techniques for maintaining emotional intimacy help couples navigate the emotional demands of law enforcement work.

SAMPLE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

Thursday:

  • 4:00 PM: Arrival and Check-in: Participants arrive at the retreat center and settle into their accommodations.
  • 5:30 PM: Welcome Circle: The retreat facilitator gathers all participants for an introductory session, setting the intention for the weekend and explaining the schedule and guidelines.
  • 6:00 PM: Healthy Dinner: A nutritious and delicious dinner is served, offering a balanced meal to nourish the body and support well-being.
  • 7:30 PM: Evening Workshop: Couples bonding activity designed to strengthen bonds.
  • 9:00 PM: Free Time: Participants have the option to socialize, explore the retreat center, or simply relax and unwind.

Friday:

  • 7:00 AM: Morning Meditation and Breathwork:  Participants start the day with a guided meditation session, promoting mental clarity and grounding.
  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast: A wholesome breakfast is provided, incorporating nutritious foods to energize and fuel the body.
  • 9:00 AM: Outdoor Activity: Participants engage in an outdoor activity such as hiking, nature walk, or yoga in nature, allowing them to connect with the natural surroundings and enjoy physical movement.
  • 12:30 PM: Lunch: A healthy and satisfying lunch is served, offering a variety of options to cater to different dietary preferences.
  • 2:00 PM: Wellness Workshop: A workshop on nutrition, stress reduction, or self-care practices is conducted, providing valuable knowledge and practical tips for participants to implement in their daily lives.
  • 4:00 PM: Free Time: Participants can use this time for personal reflection, journaling, or relaxation.
  • 6:00 PM: Mindful Eating Dinner: A specially curated dinner focusing on mindful eating is served, encouraging participants to savor each bite and develop a deeper connection with food.
  • 7:30 PM: Evening Activity: A group activity with a bonfire and a sharing circle.
  • 9:00 PM: Free Time: Participants can use this time for personal reflection, journaling, or relaxation.

Saturday:

  • 9:30 AM: Reflection and Gratitude Practice:  A morning reflection session allows participants to look back on the retreat      experience and express gratitude for the moments shared and lessons  learned.
  • 11:00 AM: Closing Ceremony: A closing ceremony is held, providing an opportunity for couples to share their experiences, insights, and intentions for the future. It is a time to honor the bonds formed during the retreat and set intentions for nurturing the relationship beyond the weekend.
  • 12:00 PM: Departure: Participants check out and depart from the retreat center, carrying the positive energy and insights gained throughout the weekend.
