What is Your Cancellation Policy?
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between 15 and 30 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to your check-in date.
Are Pets Allowed?
Summerhill Ranch is a pet friendly retreat for small dogs. Guests must have prior approval from host. Host reserves the right to charge $150 for an excess pet cleaning fee if not approved prior to stay or excess damage or cleaning required. Owners must clean all pet waste and ensure pet is not disturbing other guests. Host reserves the right of refusal - no exceptions. Of course, all service animals are allowed. No pets on furniture or bedding.
Is there Wi-Fi available at Summerhill Ranch?
Yes, we have a free Wi-Fi available for all guests.
Are there any parts not accessible to guests at Summerhill Ranch?
Yes, there are locked cabinets, storage doors, garages, the wine cellar, and The Sanctuary are employee use only. All other areas are available for guest exploration and use.
Do you offer any discounts for group bookings at Summerhill Ranch and Wellness Center?
Yes, we offer group discounts for bookings of 10 or more people. We also offer first responder, educator, and military discounts.
What are Check-In and Check-Out Times?
Standard reservations: Check-In 3pm; Check-Out 11am
Where Are You Located?
Summerhill Ranch at Grand Lake is an easy 80-mile trip north from Tulsa on I44 or a 50-mile trip south from Joplin, Missouri, on I44. Fayetteville, Arkansas is an easy 78-mile trip.
Grand Lake Regional Airport on Monkey Island or South Grand Lake Regional Airport in Ketchum offers private plane access.
