ALL-INCLUSIVE

Day 1: Welcome and Self-Discovery

Afternoon:

  • 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Registration and Welcome Snacks
  • 5:15 PM - 6:15 PM Self-Discovery Workshop: Setting Intentions and Goals
  • 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Nutritious Dinner
  • 8:15 PM - 9:15 PM: Restorative Yoga Session

Evening:

  • 9:15 PM: Relaxation Activities (stargazing, gentle music, reading)

Day 2: Physical and Emotional Wellbeing

Morning:

  • 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Morning Yoga and Stretching
  • 8:45 AM - 9:45 AM: Healthy Breakfast
  • 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Empowerment Workshop: Building Confidence and Self-Care Strategies
