As an avid learner, she continues to expand her knowledge of mind, body and soul accepting that revelations come in all shapes and sizes. To stay grounded Jessica enjoys Vitamin D, is a Foodie and has a guilty pleasure for Reality TV.
Shannon is a private chef and food stylist based in Oklahoma City. She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park, NY) with a degree in Culinary Arts in 2012. She also holds a Bachelors in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from the University of Arkansas.
Her culinary training paired with her family recipes, helped Shannon form a foundation for her own style of cooking - combining French cuisine with the southern comfort food she was raised on. She loves sharing meals with others through any avenue she can.
When she’s not cooking for clients or on set, Shannon can be found playing with her dogs, Walter and Alice, spending time with friends and family, or hosting a dinner party.
Your New BFF
Pete is a tell-it-like-it is BFF. He'll snuggle, cuddle, or chase a ball to make his BFFs happy. He's never met a stranger and wants to hear about about all your life stressors. He keeps great secrets and will never repeat gossip. He never judges and always gives just the advice you need. We all need a Pete in our life. Well luckily if you don't have your own Pete, you can visit our Pete at your next retreat.
