All Retreats are limited to 14 guests or less. Age-appropriate for ages 16 and up.
All bedrooms are shared with other guests (separate beds) unless a private option is chosen. Some rooms have en-suites and others have shared bathrooms. Central AC/Heat in all rooms.
Judgement free zone. All guests are welcome. No expectations or requirements to participate. Sometimes guests just need to nap and we are perfectly okay with that.

WHAT IF A RETREAT I'M INTERESTED IN IS FULL?
Send us a message and we'll add you to the waiting list. Sometimes we get cancellations. If not, check back with us often as we try to maintain a consistent offering throughout the year.
DO YOU HAVE WIFI?
Yes, we have WiFi. Some parts of the ranch are slower than others, but we've got you covered. Parts of the Retreat may be designated as electronics free zones to help with a digital detox.
WHAT IS YOUR RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY?
We start preparing for your arrival the moment you reserve your spot. Because of this careful planning there are no cancellations for our retreats. We are happy to transfer your reservation to an available retreat if you're unable to attend the one you originally reserved. Email us at email@example.com to request a transfer. There will be a $100 processing fee per guest rescheduling less than 15 days before your retreat. You will receive a Gift Code for amounts paid less the processing fee. The Gift Code expires 1 year from the date of issuance and can be applied to any retreat or gifted to another guest. No refunds or credits will be given for canceling the day of or failure to attend or failure to complete a retreat, or arriving late or leaving early. There are no exceptions.
WHAT IF I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY OR DIETARY RESTRICTION?
Whether you’re vegan, lactose-intolerant or have any other dietary preferences, we are happy to accommodate you and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Our menu is prepared from scratch and served buffet style, so you may choose what best suits your lifestyle. We use organic and local ingredients whenever possible. We appreciate your understanding when there are fewer options to choose from when personal dietary restrictions are involved. You are welcome to bring additional food, snacks or beverages. You will have access to a kitchen in your accommodation for your personal use. Send us a message with your needs.

DO YOU SERVE ALCOHOL?
Complimentary wine is served with our evening snacks. While we certainly enjoy a good glass, our retreat is focused on our guests' well-being. Bringing your own alcohol is highly discouraged and would take away from the intentional design of the wellness retreats.
CAN I BRING A GROUP OF FRIENDS OR COME SOLO?
We encourage our guests to reserve the type of retreat where they feel most comfortable. Arrive with a group of friends to experience a deeper connection with your tribe or arrive solo and connect with other like-minded retreat goers.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED?
Some retreats offer boating excursions, massage therapy, or other outing. If your retreat has more offerings, you'll receive an email allowing you to reserve any extras. Travel to and from the retreat or any boutique shopping are not included in the pricing as well.
