Firebrand Women's Summit Part One

Are you tired of being tired. Not feeling heard. Wanting to advocate, but not sure where to start. Yearning to help women in need.

Aching for social change, but stuck in the day to day. Not sure of the difference between "nice" and "kind"? Simply want to make a difference?

Become a Firebrand - a woman who is passionately and aggressively committed to pushing boundaries. Learn true confidence with a sprinkle of wild.

The Firebrand Women's Summit is your beacon of change. 

Together you'll commune with other firebrands like yourself. Focus your ideas and learn to become Bold and Unapologetic.

Three part series - Part One - We focus on the Beginning; Part Two - We focus on Ourselves; Part Three - We focus on ChangeWant to ignite change? Feel like you're spinning around voiceless? 

Come to the Firebrand Women's Summit and remember what a strong, fierce woman feels like. How do we do that? We start from the beginning:

PART ONE

Voices of Change: Pioneers and Trailblazers

This reservation will include a three day, two night all-inclusive weekend.

Firebrand Women's Summit is designed to be a transformative experience, equipping attendees with the knowledge, connections, and motivation needed to be effective advocates for gender equality and social change.

NOTE: We have NO political agenda and will NOT be politically correct. We are here to create generals out of soldiers - simply equipped with the tools necessary to lead a life of confidence and authenticity without fear of the unknown.

You will leave with:

  • The summit will offer new viewpoints and ideas, challenging guests to think critically about their roles and potential impact in advancing gender equality.
  • Guests will leave feeling empowered to take action, pursue their goals, and make a difference in their communities.
  • Guests will experience a sense of belonging and solidarity, which is crucial for sustained activism and personal growth

Friday:

  • 4:00 PM: Arrival and Check-in: Participants arrive at the retreat center and settle into their accommodations.
  • 5:30 PM: Welcome Circle: The retreat facilitator gathers all participants for an introductory session, setting the intention for the weekend and explaining the schedule and guidelines.
  • 6:00 PM: Healthy Dinner: A nutritious and delicious dinner is served, offering a balanced meal to nourish the body and support well-being.
  • 7:30 PM: Evening Workshop: Trailblazers.
  • 9:00 PM: Free Time: Participants have the option to socialize, explore the retreat center, or simply relax and unwind.

Saturday:

  • 7:00 AM: Morning Meditation and Breathwork: Participants start the day with a guided meditation session, promoting mental clarity and grounding.
  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast: A wholesome breakfast is provided, incorporating nutritious foods to energize and fuel the body.
  • 9:00 AM: Outdoor Activity: Participants engage in an outdoor activity such as hiking, nature walk, or yoga in nature, allowing them to connect with the natural surroundings and enjoy physical movement.
  • 12:30 PM: Lunch: A healthy and satisfying lunch is served, offering a variety of options to cater to different dietary preferences.
  • 2:00 PM:  Workshop
  • 4:00 PM: Free Time: Participants can use this time for personal reflection, journaling, or relaxation.
  • 6:00 PM: Mindful Eating Dinner: A specially curated dinner focusing on mindful eating is served, encouraging participants to savor each bite and develop a deeper connection with food.
  • 7:30 PM: Evening Activity: A group activity with a bonfire and a sharing circle.
  • 9:00 PM: Free Time: Participants can use this time for personal reflection, journaling, or relaxation.

Sunday:

  • 7:30 AM: The retreat concludes with a final yoga and meditation session, focusing on integration and carrying the retreat's teachings and practices forward.
  • 8:30 AM: Breakfast: A nutritious breakfast is served providing a balanced start to the day.
  • 9:30 AM: Reflection and Gratitude Practice:  A morning reflection session allows participants to look back on the retreat      experience and express gratitude for the moments shared and lessons  learned.
  • 11:00 AM: Closing Ceremony: A closing ceremony is held, providing an opportunity for couples to share their experiences, insights, and intentions for the future. It is a time to honor the bonds formed during the retreat and set intentions for nurturing the relationship beyond the weekend.
  • 12:00 PM: Departure: Participants check out and depart from the retreat center, carrying the positive energy and insights gained throughout the weekend.

Please note that this is just a sample schedule, and actual retreat schedules can vary depending on the specific retreat center and program design. **LEO Retreats are alcohol free.
